Disc Brake Actuating Mechanism is produced according to SY/T6727-2014 standard, following the production process of Beishi institute.Stable effect,powerful brake moment,and high reliability.
PS series hydraulic disc brake device is an integrated product of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, it is an important part of the winch. PS series hydraulic disc brakes are composed of three parts: Actuating Mechanism, Hydraulic Power Unit and Disc Brake Control System. They are connected by hydraulic lines. The Hydraulic Power Unit is the power source and provides the necessary hydraulic power for the actuators; the Control System is the control center of the actuators; the Actuating Mechanism is the executive parts of the brakes. The Actuating Mechanism is composed of Brake caliper, Caliper frame and Friction disc. The brake caliper is divided into two types: normally open Service Caliper and normally closed Emergency Caliper. The Friction disc is divided into air-cooled disc, water-cooled disc and solid disc.
The actuating Mechanism is the braking actuating unit of Disc Brake System, installed at the ends of the winch of the oil rig. The actuating Mechanism executes the brakes of the rig.
The actuating Mechanism can be used on30,40,50,70,90,and 120 rigs and workover rigs.
The actuating Mechanism consists of Emergency caliper, Service caliper,Friction disc and Caliper frame.
